Additional Learning Needs specific Olympic Events 2024
What an incredible 2 weeks for Greenfields and Merthyr Tydfil! We just wrapped up the very first ALN (Additional Learning Needs) specific Olympic Events, and it was a huge success! 
Pupils from over 10 Schools from across the local authority, came together to showcase their skills, sportsmanship and eagerness to become more active. Parents and special guests got to witness inspiring moments of triumph, as we celebrated inclusivity and the incredible talents of our participants. 
A massive thank you to Afon Taf High School, Rhydycar Leisure Centre, and Disability Sport Merthyr for their unwavering support in making these events unforgettable. Here's to many more events that champion diversity for our pupils!
