Investors In People - Awarded February 22, 2021
Greenfield School first gained the prodigious Investors in People award in April 2002. This award has identified that the management of the school has built close and productive relationships with all who are employed within the organisation.
Good practice was identified in employee engagement, support and guidance across all areas of the Investors in People framework, from strengthening leadership to developing managers, building dialogue and creating a culture of openness and trust. Since the initial award ongoing independent reviews have shown that the good practice continues to develop.
We have some amazing news to share! We have recently been assessed by Investors in People and we are thrilled to let you know that we have achieved the ‘We invest in people’ GOLD accreditation!
Only 17% of organisations achieve gold.
We are delighted to hear that our staff;
- Appreciate the priority given to wellbeing and work life balance
- Have felt totally supported through the Covid-19 pandemic
- Are proud to work for Greenfield School
The report stated;
Since achieving Gold level accreditation in 2018 you have experienced a challenging time and have done extremely well to not only survive but continue to provide outstanding services to your children and the community. During this period you have had to make some difficult decisions regarding how you could best utilise your resources and balance your priorities. With this in mind you deserve congratulations for maintaining your Gold accreditation and establishing a solid platform to make even more improvements to meet your challenges in the coming years.
I would like to congratulate all Greenfield staff on this great achievement on behalf of the Senior Leadership Team and the School Governing Body,
Rhiannon Stephens Davies
